However, actual products may vary slightly from the images and descriptions shown on our website due to differences in monitor settings, manufacturing batches, and product revisions. Colors, finishes, and hardware may differ marginally from what is pictured. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur; in such cases we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Off-Road Gear Guys. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. For your security and ours, orders may be subject to verification and fraud prevention checks, which could result in a request for additional information or a delay in processing.
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, we deliver through trusted third-party carriers, and estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays caused by circumstances outside of our control — including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or high-volume periods — are not the responsibility of Off-Road Gear Guys. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any known delays.
We accept returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, products must be in resalable condition with all tags, hardware, and accessories included. Please note that off-road parts and components that have been installed, mounted, or used cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and liability reasons. Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties, which apply where applicable and are handled according to each manufacturer's terms. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions and, where required, a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Off-road products, vehicle modifications, and recovery equipment are used entirely at the customer's own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is suitable for your vehicle and intended application, and that it is installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off-Road Gear Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use any product purchased from us, including personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Off-Road Gear Guys operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of this website or your purchase of our products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
