The LED has an internal, integrated resistor and will work from 5v-16v DC. Comes supplied with genuine 3M VHB mounting tape, can also be mechanically fastened. The surface has been treated with ProtectaClear to ensure durability and corrosion protection. There is plenty of clearance, so it does not interfere with turning the key.
